COSO guidelines are mainly used in risk management and establish internal controls that help companies ensure the reliable creation of financial reports. The COSO has developed the "Enterprise Risk Management - Integrated Framework" (Framework for Integrated Management of Corporate Risks) or COSO-ERM, which is a tool for the "Corporate Risk Management".
